Villa Marsica D is an elegant and welcoming apartment that is part of a villa immersed in a splendid landscape, in the heart of a wonderful little town. It sleeps three people. From Villa Marsica D you will have a pleasant view of the greenery and of the other buildings. Villa Marsica D is 45 square meters (485 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Miane, a few steps from restaurants and shops.
Villa Marsica D is located on the ground floor of a three story building. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Marsica D you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space.

The complex is composed of 3 separate buildings sharing a garden, two patios and a swimming pool. It sleeps about 40 people in total.


Villa Marsica A is a wonderful independent house, Villa Marsica D is located in a separate building. Villa Marsica B, Villa Marsica C, Villa Marsica E and Villa Marsica F are part of a detached building, located next to the garden.
Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the garden going up approximately five stairway steps. The pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers. This area is also equipped with masonry benches. You will share the pool area with guests staying at 5 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from mid-April until the end of September.
Patio 1
The first patio is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with wood benches and with a table and chairs. The patio is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Patio 2
The second patio is 12 square meters (130 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic wood roof. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs and with chairs. The patio is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Garden
The garden is 900 square meters (9700 square feet). It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and deck chairs. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex.  Patio
The patio is 8 square meters (86 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a small wickerwork sofa and with a table. From the patio you will have a broad view of the greenery and of the other buildings.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable, and include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a microwave/oven combo, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has a small window.
Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has three windows. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
