We liked the proximity of the property to my Daughter home in Mentone. The property was clean and the keys handover was very smooth

the property is great for families and was also pet friendly which allowed us to travel with our pet.
The property is pet friendly but doesn’t have any grass in the yard (pebbles and stepping stones off the deck area). Not a negative as there is plenty of grassland and parks on the same street (so ample walking and exercise areas available)—but just something to be aware of if you have a pet trained to grass.
