About this house rental

Master bedroom has king bed and master bath. 2 bedrooms with a queen bed and one bedroom with 2 queen beds. 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. Full kitchen upstairs and downstairs. 60' flatscreen Samsung TV upstairs and downstairs with Apple TV. Only 100 yards from community beach, snack bar, and boat moorage. Large lawn for kids' activities. Covered concrete patio down and large Trek deck up. Eastern exposure so house provides shade for evenings on the deck. MAJOR UPGRADE FOR 2024. All of the carpet replaced with laminate flooring (see photo of sample). Upstairs kitchen tile countertop replaced with quartz (see photo of sample) and undermount sink. Weekly only in July and August (Friday to Friday).

Place was large for all family. Check-in was good with nice communication. Place was least amount of extra food like salt or coffee supplies have ever been in. None there. Was not as clean as would have liked with dirty floor, sand on sheets, food crumbs in drawers, etc. Hand mixer which was needed had several beater attachments which would not go in. Overall not as good as other places we have stayed in although communication was great with host.

The house has a good layout to share with 2 families as it is set up as almost 2 units, a 2 bedroom 1 bath on the lower level with its own laundry and kitchen and a 3 bedroom 2 bath on the upper level also with its own laundry and kitchen. The laundry room was also large enough for a pack n play for those with small kids but bright due to a skylight so bring the slumber pod! From a cleanliness perspective the property was a little tired and dated. Wapato point is an amazing place to stay with kids and this location is very central.

This house was just was we needed for a long weekend while in town for a wedding! Super close to all the wineries in Manson and private lake access! House was clean and well stocked with extra bath towels. Host was communicative and very friendly! Would definitely recommend!

This is our first experience with everything. First time renting a Airbnb, first time travel with the family to central area of Washington State and this is our first time talking my dad out for his 65th birthday vocation. Our family is Bless this is everything we asked for. The house so beautiful to the point my family wish we all live there lol. God is good, all the time and all the time God is good.

Location was good but house not clean and expected

Location was good but house not clean and expected

Utilities, oven, washer and bed spread are not clean. BBQ was not working properly and not dusted for years. No board games or recreations. Oven is not heating up to cook. One bathroom doesn't have a lock. No hair dyer and not enough bath tissues. On Positive side, location was very near to lake and enjoyed water games.
