About this house rental

We are located on a private island with vast, expansive views of Middle Pond on the Congamond lakes. There are 10 houses on island. We have a canoe and 2 kayaks on property. They are kept locked. If used we accept NO liability. They are used with all responsibility on guests.
Our property has a wood burning firepit and also a glass topped, gas firepit on deck.
The house has been freshly painted.
We have a queen size bed with pull out sofa, a full size in another room and bunk beds with 2 full mattresses in the third. linens not included $100 extra fee

We spent so much time on the deck overlooking the beautiful lake and in it ! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

The beautiful view saved this rental from receiving a lower rating. There is a musty odor that remained on our clothes once leaving the space. There are areas that need easy improvement that others have complained about that are not fixed. We booked for 8 people and there are only 2 coffee mugs, a couple tea cups and not enough silverware.
