Owner was very friendly / welcoming. Big kitchen to use. Dining room table to sit around in the evening rather than in dorm. Quiet area.
Only one bathroom for the mixed dorm / another room. So if someone showering etc no toilet to use. No full curtains around bed so light gets in easily. Very squeaky metal bed.

The owner is nice. He helped me to carry my luggage when I first arrived, and drove me to the subway station when I was leaving. I truly appreciate that.
The toilet is rather damp, with some rust spots in the bath tub. The bed sheet wasn’t very clean. I felt very itchy and couldn’t sleep well the two nights I stayed in the hostel. I think there are rooms for improvement for the sanitary environment.
