Un soggiorno che è una vera esperienza di pace e relax. Bellissima casa in campagna, circondata da ulivi e verde. Con un bellissimo e grande giardino curato. Casa dotata di tutte le comodità. Già all'arrivo ci siamo sentiti a casa, anche grazie ad Andrea, che ci ha messo subito a nostro agio con la sua gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità. All'arrivo ci ha fatto trovare una bellissima stufa a pellet gia accesa e questo ha reso l'ambiente ancora più caldo e accogliente. Altrettanto ha fatto il mattino seguente, impostando un timer che ci ha fatto trovare già un focolare caldo al risveglio. Lo abbiamo apprezzato tanto. Location circondata dai monti, a pochi km da tante località da visitare, tra le quali Nuoro, Mamoiada, Oliena a pochi km e a soli due minuti di auto Su Gologone con le sue sorgenti, la Valle di Lanaitho con le sue grotte e villaggi nuragici tra i quali quello di Tiscali.
Il nostro soggiorno poi è stato reso ancor più speciale dalla presenza di tre meravigliosi gattini che abitano il giardino. Li ho ribattezzati Miele, Nerina e Melanzana non conoscendone i nomi. Spero che chiunque alloggerà a villa Walter possa averne cura, sarà ricompensato da tanto amore, fusa, coccole e tanta compagnìa. Ho dovuto salutarli a malincuore, soprattutto "Miele".
Che dire se non che consiglio vivamente di fare questa esperienza che noi porteremo sempre nel Cuore. Grazie davvero per tutto alla proprietaria che ci ha aperto le porte della sua casa speciale, ad Andrea e tutto lo staff dell'agenzia Sweet Home Sardinia. Grazie di Cuore!

Beautiful location in the hills with the lovely town of Oliena 5 mins drive and 30 mins to the Bay of Orosei. The backdrop of the mountains is incredible. The Villa is just like the pictures and is clean and well equipped. The aircon in the bedroom worked well. Booking arrangements were all very easy and the agents could not have been more helpful.

Villa with large living/kitchen area. Quiet location amongst olive trees 5km east of Oliena. Near scenic mountainous area.
Difficult to keep villa warm. Electricity cut out when we turned on too many appliances. Key pickup up was in Oliena not at the villa. Beware bridge closure just east of villa means long diversion when coming from Dorgali.
