Bel appartamento, tutto ristrutturato di recente e arredato con ottimo gusto. Cucina ben equipaggiata, spaziosa e accogliente. Camera matrimoniale spaziosa: letto molto comodo. Bagno ben strutturato, doccia grandissima e molto comoda Cortile esterno grande con tavolo e sedie dove si può mangiare in tranquillità e trascorrere le serate guardando le stelle. Posizione molto tranquilla: relax assicurato. Vicinissimo al centro paese dove ci sono supermercati, panifici, bar e ristoranti (Nirvana top, ma buono anche Doni Divino). Spiagge a pochi minuti a piedi. Mara, padrona di casa, e la sua famiglia molto molto gentili e accoglienti, e sempre pronti e disponibili ad aiutarci in caso di necessità. Se torno a Pogliana, sceglierò sicuramente questa struttura. Grazie, Mara 🤩

Non c'è la lavatrice. Barbecue inutilizzabile. Non si vede il mare.

Good location, dedicated private parking. Very clean room, nice garden-view balcony with chairs and table.

Room doesn't have a small kitchenette, even though it has more than enough space for it. It would be very useful to have it.

The apartments look exactly like they do in the pictures - very tidy and lovely apartments equipped with everything you need. The location was perfect - beaches, restaurants, supermarket and bakeries were super close (no more than 10 mins walk) and you also have a big parking lot nearby. The communication was super easy and quick. The hosts were very kind and offered us some welcome gifts and a tour on the beach. Honestly I do not think you could find a drawback to this place. I would absolutely recommend to stay there!
