Good location (close both to the beach and the shops), nice urbanization with both indoor and outdoor pools and well maintained garden. Sea view from my apartment on the third floor.
The floor in the apartment was dirty when I arrived (my feet were almost black underneath after walking back and forth a few times while unpacking). The fridge smelled horrible inside. Some disturbance from loud neighbors a few times. The terrace doors where broken and impossible to lock properly. Lack of certain basic equipment in the kitchen.
