The centrally located apartment with 60 m² of living space is located in a very well-kept and quiet apartment building, which you can reach in 5 minutes from the airport and in 10 minutes from the train station. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The beach promenade or the beach itself can be reached on foot in 200 meters.
The spacious apartment has an open living / dining area with a fully equipped modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms with high quality box spring beds (180x200 cm or 160x200 cm), bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. 2 south-facing balconies, accessible via the living room and bedroom, allow a view of the island from sunrise to sunset at any time.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer super Lage und ist wirklich 1a ausgestattet.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist auch sehr gut.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und Frau Grill hat uns noch schnell eine Tisch fürs Abendessen reserviert - danke nochmal!
Die Wohnung mit der zeitgemäßen und modernen Einrichtung habe wir sehr genossen.
Himmlischer Schlaf in den Boxspringbetten und die morgendliche Dusche im ebenerdigen schicken Bad sorgten nach dem Frühstück in der Sonne auf dem Balkon für eine guten Start in den Tag.
Die kurzen Wege zu allen Geschäften und vor allem zum Strandkorb fanden wir super!
Diese Woche - bei super Wetter - war "Glückzeit" pur!

Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in guter Lage.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
Lediglich ein paar Garderobenhaken mehr und Geschirrtücher haben wir vermisst. Aber das ist in den allermeisten Wohnungen so.
