Apartment Marina with Sea View

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt!

ausgesprochen ruhige Lage, sehr schöne Terrasse, sehr schöner Garten; Ausstattung des Appartements sehr gut; das zweite Badezimmer ist allerdings sehr klein und verfügt neben Dusche und WC nur über ein kleines Handwaschbecken.

Die Zufahrtsstraße ist sehr schmal und steil und man kann nur kurz halten, was das Aus- und Einladen des Gepäcks erschwert. Der Parkplatz liegt ca. 200m entfernt.

Beautiful apartman , ideal for families or friends traveling together. Super well equipped with every household tool that you may need for a 1-2 week stay, it was easy to cook because of this. Cleaning was well done before arrival. Host is super kind, his brother gave us the key upon arrival, he lives next door. Speaks English very well, was easy to communicate.

as most of the places in lovran you need to climb up on a steep road to reach the villa.it might be tiring if you visit the beach 2 times a day and go out at the evening. but this is quite common for the whole town, not particularly the apartment's fault! it is about 10 minutes walking from the actual beach. parking in Lovan (2022) is free on the street, but you should be aware that those streets are really narow and the villa has no parking place in the garden.
