We had a wonderful stay in Laman villa from 10th to 13th September. Great experience in modern kampung fresh air environment..surrounded by greeneries and birds chirping. Being served by cheerful host Samantha..she always ensure villa being well maintained..fully furnished and well equiped kitchen utensils. Clear instruction given prior to our check in. Location can be easily located using Waze. Overall, me and my family fully enjoyed our stay and would happily return or recommend this villa to others looking for a relaxing getaway

The villa itself is modern, nicely designed and in a good location. The pool was lovely, and the rooms were generally comfortable and pleasant. Host was generally pleasant too.

There were several issues that affected our stay. The air-conditioning in the living room and one of the bedrooms was not cooling properly despite the windows and doors being kept closed. It only became noticeably cooler late at night, rather than during the daytime when we needed it most. The lights in one of the bathrooms were also not working. Once it became dark in the evening, we could not properly use that bathroom and had to take turns using the other bathroom, which was inconvenient for a larger group. I did flag both the air-conditioning and lighting issues via message during our stay, but the responses were quite delayed, and the issue with the bathroom lights was not really acknowledged. There was also a delay in returning the security deposit. I was initially told it would be refunded within 1–2 working days after checkout, but it took longer than that and required follow-up from my side. I do appreciate that the deposit was eventually returned, but the communication and responsiveness throughout the process could have been better. Overall, the property itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but the maintenance issues and slower communication made the stay less seamless than it could have been.
