The complete renovation carried out in 2018 carefully preserved all possible original architectural elements of this medieval-style historic house, creating a unique space where guests can enjoy absolute tranquility along with all modern comforts.
This open and bright studio is perfect for couples seeking a comfortable living area with a sofa and TV, alongside a modern fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is complete with a shower and features a functional, contemporary design.
The double bed measures 1.50 meters wide by 2.00 meters long.
Original architectural and historic elements were preserved during the building’s renovation, such as the walls and a beautiful exposed brick arch surrounding the studio, adding unique elegance and charm.
The location is unbeatable: Santa Teresa Street and Santa Cruz Square are two of Seville’s most beautiful spots, rich in history and tradition. Nearby, you will find traditional bars serving the best tapas, artisanal shops, and countless charming corners to explore. The Cathedral, Alcázar, and Giralda are just a few minutes’ walk away.
Additionally, the public parking on Cano y Cueto Street is just steps away, and direct connections to Santa Justa train station and the airport are only minutes away, making transportation during your stay easy and hassle-free.

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests.
