The complete renovation carried out in 2018 carefully preserved all possible original architectural elements of this medieval-style historic house, creating a unique space where guests can enjoy absolute tranquility along with all modern comforts.

This open and bright studio is perfect for couples seeking a comfortable living area with a sofa and TV, alongside a modern fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is complete with a shower and features a functional, contemporary design.

The double bed measures 1.50 meters wide by 2.00 meters long.

Original architectural and historic elements were preserved during the building’s renovation, such as the walls and a beautiful exposed brick arch surrounding the studio, adding unique elegance and charm.

The location is unbeatable: Santa Teresa Street and Santa Cruz Square are two of Seville’s most beautiful spots, rich in history and tradition.
