Absolutely beautiful and cozy walk-out basement apartment, located at center Richmond Hill area. This is a self-contained, private with a separate entry with 2 bedrooms, 1 den, newly renovated kitchen with brand new toaster, kettle, coffee maker. Nice living room with dining area. 2 free parking on drive way. Great location, 5 mins to Hwy 404, TTC, Go train station bringing you directly to downtown Toronto,30 mins away from Pearson Airport. 10 min walking to Walmart, Shoppers, Food Basic.
Laundry: washer and dryer on site, detergent provided.
• Emergency Information: In case of Emergency dial 911.
• Fire Extinguisher: Located below the kitchen sink.
• Strict no smoking , no Cannabis on entire property

We had 2 separate bedrooms and a full kitchen. I didn't realize the room access was in the backyard when we checked in, so I accidentally went to the wrong room and tried to unlock the lock box to no avail. I don't know if I missed that in the description of the room, but it would be nice to have that reminder in the message before checking in. I felt bad about having to call the owner super late to figure out how to get the lock box open. The place was very nice once we got in. I do wish the beds had been softer- I had a hard time falling asleep. And I wish the curtains on the window were blackout curtains because the early sun woke me up earlier than I wanted to. Other than that, it was perfectly accommodating.
