Perfectly situated directly on the beach, this prime location is just a short stroll to Paradise Village, where you’ll find grocery stores, boutique shopping, excellent restaurants, and 24-hour medical services. The condo is only 15 minutes from the International Airport and 20 minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta by taxi, making travel effortless.
Villa Magna is adjacent to the renowned Fiesta Americana, a 5-star all-inclusive resort where guests can enjoy access to full-service restaurants, a luxurious spa, four swimming pools, hot tub, and beautifully appointed beach palapas and loungers.
Important Note: Villa Magna enforces a strict maximum occupancy of 6 guests for condos of this size. This is a building policy (not ours). Security will deny entry if occupancy limits are exceeded, and we cannot accept responsibility for violations.

Our stay was wonderful. The condo property is great. Wonderful pools, great beach access, volleyball. The condo had each towels, boogie boards and other sand toys for younger kids. They regulate the pool pretty heavily and is not a spring break type atmosphere. You are not allowed to have music (must keep it very low) and no drinks in the pool. The master bedroom was very spacious and well appointed. The second bedroom was also very spacious with closet and good size bathroom. The third bedroom is definitely very small with no storage for clothes but worked good enough for kids. We stocked up on food and drinks at Walmart. We made several meals at the house and had what we needed for that. You do want to make sure to pick up paper towels, toilet paper, bottled water and laundry detergent if you plan on doing any laundry. And plenty of sunscreen!! But the drinks and food at the resort are really not that expensive and pretty good. You can have an Uber pick you up in front of the guard house and they seem to be pretty inexpensive or the guard house will order taxis for you and they are more reliable, but you must pay in cash and they tend to be more expensive. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely be back. We did not contact the property manager for anything while we were there. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance or a short cab ride away. We took several evenings out at incredible restaurants like Nic San and banana bar

Overall great experience - easy booking, payment and checkin process. Condo exactly like the listing, clean & well maintained, and easily fit our family of 6. Wonderful resort area with beach and pool fun for our family. We hope to return again soon!

This was our third time in the condos and our longest stay. The unit was exactly as described and well appointed. The views are stunning. We liked it so we’ll we booked again for next year.

The place was okay for size but very dirty, dishwasher didn’t work, beds stained, quilts dirty, sink plug broken, dusty everywere needs a good cleaningBarbecue couldn’t use starts on fire never been cleaned in a long time, just way to much money when condo is not maintained, no safe
