La ubicación frente a.la.ria.y muy céntrico, muy fácil de aparcar en la calle y gratis. La rehabilitacion de la vivienda está muy bien, preciosa y muy respetuosa con el.espíritu del edificio. Nos hemos sentido muy cómodos en el.apartamento, todo.perfecto. Me ha encantado el.salon y el.dormitorio que tiene acceso al balcón con vistas a la.ria.
No hay nada a destacar.

Ubicación, espacios, mobiliario, electrodomésticos, cocina, baños, accesorios, iluminación, etc. Está cuidado todo en general, y no exagero. La atención y el servicio de Víctor son excelentes, si algo falta no tengas duda que si está en su mano te ayudará.
No es del alojamiento el problema, en general en Viveiro tienes que venir preparado para el secado de la ropa, es lo más complejo. Opción 1 buscar el sol en los espacios cuando se pueda u opción 2, disponer de una secadora. El otro punto que debes tener en cuenta es que en estos apartamentos no hay persianas (salvo en la habitación principal que si hay cortinas opacas) y si necesitas dormir con oscuridad, debes tenerlo en cuenta porque los estores no cierran completamente el paso de la luz.

Estaba al detalle. Hasta cosas que normalmente no se encuentran como azúcar, papel Albal, pastillas para el lavavajillas, etc; necesitas un poco y hay que comprar envase muy grande, pues ahí había. También destacó el parking que va incluido, fundamental porque está en zona muy céntrica y es difícil aparcar
