Locale molto pulito e ubicato nel centro del paese. Locale cucina comune dotato di frigo.
Non è adatto per chi utilizza la notte per dormire, musica e schiamazzi fino alla 1.30 di notte, sono la consuetudine. I buoni per la colazione, consegnati da Mattia all'arrivo, con un singolo cappuccino e una singola briosche ripiena (neanche un bicchiere d'acqua) non sono sufficienti, perchè superano di 20 centesimi il valore del singolo buono; 5 euro e 20 contro i 5. Il parcheggio dell'auto è un continuo cambio del disco orario, specialmente dopo aver preso un verbale nel luogo consigliato come "sicuro e non a rischio multe" dal proprietario.
