To best utilize the fabulous views, the great room, kitchen, and master bedroom are on the upper level of this wonderful home. Enjoy views of the ocean from the great room, primary bedroom, and kitchen. The great room features a spectacular vaulted, beamed ceiling and hardwood flooring. Settle into the comfortable furnishings and watch your favorite shows on the flat screen TV or movies from the DVD/VCR players. The second floor balcony offers you ocean views. This space can be accessed by three separate rooms on this floor. The balcony has two wicker chairs and a table for four. The perfect spot for breakfast and planning your day! There is a half bath conveniently located off the great room. Share stories from your day while dining around the table for 8 located in the spacious kitchen. There is additional seating for two at the nearby counter. The gourmet kitchen has views of the ocean, custom cabinets, granite counters, and a stone tile floor. The appliances are suitable for whipping up gourmet or simple vacation meals while using the double wall ovens, gas stove, and other top line stainless appliances. Chill your wine in the wine cooler. Barbecue on the gas grill located on the deck off the kitchen. Enjoy sipping cocktails on the cushioned wicker furnishings while watching the golfers putt out on the par 4, 10th green. A spiral stairway leads to the pool area below where you can take a dip. Also located on the 2nd floor is the primary bedroom suite with balcony access. It has a king bed, high ceilings, a sitting area, hardwood floors, and ocean views. Watch the morning news on the Smart TV. Open your sliding doors and hear the ocean waves lull to sleep. Step onto the front deck and sip your morning coffee as the sun rises out of the ocean! The adjoining master bath features a cherry vanity, double sinks set in granite, and tile flooring. Wash under the rain head in the shower. Soak in the Jacuzzi tub while viewing your favorite show on the wall mounted TV.

Downstairs on the 1st floor is a family room and three additional bedrooms. The children will enjoy this retreat that features a sectional sofa and Smart TV with DVR and VCR. The three bedrooms on this level each have a king bed. The first bedroom has a TV, doors leading to the pool, and an attached private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a Smart TV, en suite bath, and walk-in closet. Relax in the chairs and enjoy the views of the golf course and pool. The full bath has a large tiled walk-in shower. Both of these bedrooms have sliding doors leading to the backyard oasis. The 3rd bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, and access to a porch with ocean views. The private bath has a vanity with extra storage and a large shower. Keep up with the wash using the HE washer and dryer in the large laundry room. There is even an extra refrigerator to keep your poolside drinks and snacks cool. Sliding doors lead to the back deck where you will find the large infinity pool. Rock in the hammock under the shade or sit on the chaise lounges set at pool's edge. The professionally maintained pool and spa are not heated. No worries though. With our warm spring, summer and fall days, both will be plenty warm and refreshing.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
