About this apartment rental
The Apartment complex, is split into 2 separate self-contained levels. Private entrances for 3rd level via elevator or stairs. Third floor is 1 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen, living room and balcony. The second floor is 1 bedroom, 1 bath, laundry room, with a gazebo on the beach. High speed internet (wifi) and cable included (one 55 inch tv and a 60 inch tv)
The apartment complex has one gym, pool table, tennis courts, pool, and a accessible beach access.
Schlitterbahn hotel is complete with BEACHFRONT RESTAURANT/BAR and salt water HEATED pool open to Gulfpoint Guests with purchase of food and beverage. Also a breathtaking open air ROOFTOP Bar and Restaurant open to Gulfpoint Guests!

The size of the property was perfect. We had 2 adults and 6 kids. There were plenty of activities to keep the kids busy. The beach was close enough to walk to then come back and have lunch. This is the first vacation or even short trip we have been on with all our kids that I never hear the words "I'm bored!" From any of our kids! Hector was easy to communicate with and very helpful if I had any questions. The only down side was the game room, workout center, and tennis courts were only accessible from 8-5 because you had to get the keys and game accessories from the office. I was told by the office They are working on key card access. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Our family of 9 (Mom, Dad, 6 kids and a baby) had a wonderful stay at Hector's condo. We all fit comfortably thanks to the bunk beds and ample seating at the unit's 3 tables as well as the large sectional sofa. Having 2 bathrooms was also a great help, as well as being able to do laundry in the unit. Another reviewer complained about rickety furniture, but we found all the furniture to be sturdy and of good quality. The beds were very comfortable! It's a short walk to the beach or the pool, and a few minutes' drive to the lovely little town of Port Isabel which we also enjoyed exploring. Isabel's Café is definitely a must for all visitors to the area! The pool was a lot of fun for the whole family, with a large shallow area (the entire "loop" is 3.5 feet deep) as well as a 9 ft deep end. One drawback was that guests are required to purchase and wear plastic wristbands for the duration of their stay in order to gain access to the amenities. After a day or so we got used to them, so it wasn't a big deal, and we knew about this before we booked so it wasn't a surprise. All in all, we won't hesitate to stay here again in the future! Thank you Hector for a wonderful stay!

The condo was very spacious just what my family needed and was equipped with everything we mightve needed including beach toys. Very close to the beach. The property was very nice and well maintain. Staff was very friendly. Quick response.
