Gorgeous unit with an incredible view!! This recently renovated unit has the most incredible views you can imagine. Standing at the entrance of your unit, from the guest bedroom or kitchen, you can look out over 15 miles of unspoiled beach. From your living room and master bedroom, you can enjoy the views of the Gulf of Mexico and the gulf-front pool at El Matador. The open concept kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It is well equipped with everything you need to create a great meal when wanting to dine in. The living room looks out over the Gulf and has a sofa sleeper that will accommodate any extra guests. Master bedroom has a king size bed with private access to the balcony. The master bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has two twin size beds and a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.
El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.
Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

The view is awesome. The balcony had a nice tall table and chairs so we could see over the wall to the beautiful ocean view very well.
The condo is very convenient to elevators. The elevators, although small, were very quick and we never had to wait long for them. The kitchen was beautiful and well appointed with everything we needed.
I really liked having a code to get into the condo rather than a key. It was nice not having to keep up with a key!
The laundry room was located very close to the unit as well - right by the elevators. I missed that there was no washer and dryer in the unit in my initial research of the condo and feel that was inconvenient. Also, I don’t think it should be a coin laundry - it should be free!!
The living room furniture was somewhat worn, uncomfortable and a little soiled. We spend a lot of time in the condo and to me this is very important!
The master bath is nice but the shower drained very slowly. The second bath is VERY SMALL!
Overall we had a great week and enjoyed our stay!! The beach is gorgeous and I could look at it for hours on end!!
