The property is in St George’s Square which is a lovely square with some shops and St George’s Church on one side. It is an excellent central location in the old town. It is only about 5 minutes from the port where you can park your car for free and walk over. Nafplio is very hilly, which is part of its charm. Unlike many properties where access inevitably involves climbing steps, St. George’s Studio can be accessed with no steps involved which makes it suitable for anyone with some mobility issues. There are two step only to get into the property which is on the ground floor.
1. Two small points need attention. The shower and hand shower unit should be replaced or at least change the heads.
2. The fuse box is in the room and has a constant annoying humming noise. Not sure if anything can be done about it. It wasn’t a huge issue for us but those sensitive souls may find it affects their sleep.
