The flat is brand new and in a central position, which is good if you want to go out for dinner and a drink at the port at night and not drive after.
The apartment is definitely too small for 4 adults and too expensive just for 2 people. The balcony was tiny (barely fit 2 people) and the view was of a roof terrace full of rubbish, so not pleasant to look at.. the bathroom floor gets wet every time someone has a shower but there is no way to drain the water so everything gets very messy afterwards. Finally, there is only one mirror (in the bathroom) which is not convenient when 4 people want to get ready, but that was only a minor inconvenience.
