Our family rented five condos for the week of 6/10/23. I stayed in Unit 301 which was clean and nicely decorated. The living and dining rooms were very comfortable. The only negative was the bathrooms - they need updating. The toilets are old and too low to the ground. The bathroom used by daughter in spare bedroom had a ceiling fan that sounded like an airplane taking off - definitely needs replacing. Need some kind of shelving in the bathrooms to put toiletries on.We used the clubhouse for a family catered dinner and it was great! Donna went out of her way to help us set up this room. She was professional, kind and extremely helpful.In my opinion, WAY TOO MUCH emphasis placed on the parking situation. We never had a problem getting a visitor spot for our second car but felt like the gestapo was showing up at night to see where we parked.

Unfortunately, the condition of unit 301 was not as nice as I expected. There were cracked and loose tiles on the floor and the couch and matching 2 recliners were so dirty and stained that we were grossed out and had to cover them with blankets and towels to feel comfortable sitting on them. As a whole, the unit could use a refresh/update. I would not rent this unit again.
