The location was great, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The Buffet in the restaurant was very good. On site parking was a plus. If we ever visit Zamora again we will definitely stay here again.
The man at the check in desk is not very friendly. He just gave us our key and didn’t say anything. I think his customer service needs to be better.

No fuss room and clean.
The towels could be upgraded and there wasn’t enough lighting in the room. A lap or two would help.

- Extremely Friendly staff.
- Clean hotel.
- Good food.
- Excellent parking.
- Beds are extremely uncomfortable. Traveled with numerous friends, 3 different rooms on different floors.
- Beds are extremely hard.
- Only provide 1 bed sheet, no blankets.
- 1 small blanket in the closet.
- Itemized charges for anything you dirty/stain. (Bath Towels, sheets, bath mat, pillow, etc.)
