New Boutique Pool Villa Sequoia Close to Rawai and Naiharn Beach

We stayed 5 nights in this beautiful villa. It's in a good location between Rawai and Nai Harn beaches. Staff were really friendly and replied to any questions very quickly via the whapsapp group. Really can not fault it at all. I would highly recommend. Electricity was £35 for 5 nights and a late check out.

Nice modern villa with lots of space, furnished to a high standard. Good sized pool and outdoor area.

I was added to a what’s app group with staff, someone said they would meet me on arrival for check in. We arrived and no one was at the property, luckily I managed to get some internet to message then I was told it was self check in. If I didn’t have internet I would have never received the message which would have left us standing in the heat with a young baby, not a good start to the booking. Similarly there was miscommunication on check out and I had to repeat messages. There should just be one person that messages guests not a group, things get missed and it’s confusing.

C’era cattivo odore nei bagni

Редко вывозили мусор. Покрытие Пола у бассейна разрушается. Песок постоянно везде. Облицовка бассейна - камни не устойчивы- подвижны - ребенок упал в бассейн.
