I confirm that the facility has a great location! The beach is very close - a 5-minute walk through the pine (?) Forest and the center are less than a 10-minute walk, the market is about 5 minutes. There is also very good internet in the facility and Air conditioning is also doing its job, it's ok. There are also comfortable beds, but I doubt it is for 6 adults (there is nowhere to put the fold-out bed prepared).

We had a ground-floor apartment and there was a problem with the sewage system. As soon as we arrived, there was backwater in the kitchen sink until "water" spilled all over the kitchen. Thanks to the quick intervention of the administration, the problem was solved, but ... it was repeated on the day of departure! So it was not an individual case, but rather a permanent feature of this object. Therefore, I strongly advise against living on the ground floor (and certainly apartment number 1), and certainly not at the same price as other apartments! I also really disliked the way we were treated at the end as we had to leave the apartment as per a written contract (as stated on booking.com) although the same person told us something different upon check-in. Probably because the next vacationers were already around 12-13, although according to booking.com records they should be at 4:00 p.m. at the earliest. Such unequal treatment of customers is not pleasant, especially since I calmly approached the problem with the sewage system (which was not mentioned in the advertisement or when checking in).
