Die Unterkunft ist hinsichtlich Aufteilung und Einrichtung gut, die Lage klasse und der Blick über den See sehr schön.
Wir haben uns sehr über die Dame geärgert, die uns den Schlüssel übergeben hat: Sie hat uns via WhatsApp nachweislich zweimal die falsche Anschrift durchgegeben. Wir sind also in der Stadt rumgeirrt (nach acht Stunden Fahrt), bis endlich die richtige Adresse kam. Obgleich wir von Anfang mitgeteilt haben, dass wir kaum Französisch sprechen, sonder die Kommunikation in Englisch erfolgen müsste, hat sie uns nicht verstanden, es auch nicht versucht. Dann hat sie uns einen falschen Parkplatz zugewiesen, was zu Ärger mit anderen Anwohnern führte. Wir erhielten auch zum Schwimmbad falsche Infos, da sie die Tür nicht öffnen konnte. Bezüglich des Appartments hat sie uns keinerlei Informationen hinsichtlich Müll, Schlüsselnutzung, Türöffnung etc gegeben. Hat dann gedauert, bis wir es rausgefunden haben. Wir sind seit vielen Jahren mit Booking com unterwegs, haben eine solche „Einführung“ noch nicht erlebt.
