About this bed and breakfast
Cottage of 40 m² refurbished and fully equipped in the Monts du Lyonnais. It is adjoining our house (old farm at the end of renovation) in a hamlet of 15 homes in the countryside. You will appreciate it for its calm, its immersion in the nature and its activities of excursions, VTT ... without being isolated of Lyon, its museums, its restaurants and its night life (30-40 min by car ).
Friends on all fours welcome (dogs cat donkeys horses ...), at the rate of 2 maximum and if they know how to cohabit with ours (dog, cats, chickens and sheep) and respect the places.
The Gite is composed of:
- 1 bedroom with double bed + wardrobe,
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
- 1 living room (living room dining room) with 1 sofa bed (sofa bed) and kitchenette with VMC.
- Free covered parking on the spot facing the entrance.
- Outdoor with lights
- the cottage is well equipped but CAUTION no TV or connection, but 4G and WIFI ok + a lot of books
- ATTENTION: access to the cottage is through a few steps that can be difficult to climb for people with reduced mobility or young child (see photo).
- Shared outdoor: Small front terrace available with table and chairs, barbecue and garden with pergola, deckchair and children's games
- quiet neighborhood, the courtyard is in common with our neighbors, people aged 87 and 88, very quiet and discreet.

Nous avons réservé pour une longue période et nous souhaitions le calme . Ce gîte correspondait parfaitement à notre attente.
Les bois tout proches pour se promener avec notre chien. Le logement est bien équipé et confortable. Claire et Sébastien des hôtes très sympathiques.
Nous recommandons sans hésitation et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Le gîte de Claire est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. Donc sans surprise, il n'offre pas d'"extérieur" et on peut le regretter, mais le logement est claire, propre et bien équipé. Et il est situé au grand calme, en dernière position du hameau de Julin (au dessus de Thurins). Un excellent point de départ pour de belles randonnées (souvent sportives) dont les Monts du Lyonnais sont particulièrement riches. A recommander, y compris pour les gros week end des amis lyonnais.
