Casa Mandolina on the beach in Jaco

The location was excellent !

All good, close to the beach means lots of people around during the day but it was quiet at night

Excellent location with beach across the road. Beautiful, manicured yard. Lots of lounge chairs, and good outdoor dining. El Point restaurant very close has excellent Seafood ceviche, tuna Tatar and fish tacos. Opposite direction 5-15 minute walk to small grocery, excellent restaurants and Jet Fuel for morning coffee or even better, Baileys Iced coffee! Fully equipped kitchen and we really appreciated the ice maker! Comfortable beds with A/C in all rooms. Quiet at night with minimal outside noise even over Christmas! Only access to house is through locked, driveway gate. Guard on duty 9am-9pm

First, I would stay here again, these are only suggestions to make it even better…outdoor fan on porch and outdoor comfortable lounge set or at least a couch.

Casa mandolina is an incredible property with a combination of incredible location, views, and service!

Gabriel is a rock star host as most of the reviews you read about Casa Mandolina will state. Very personable and accommodating. Place to stay if you want to have tranquility but still be close to the action.

Strongly suggest to get the daily house keeping or you will have to do your own laundry to keep your towels fresh as well as all other hospitality items like making the bed with clean new sheets, dishes, cleaning floors, etc.
