Besser geht es kaum, würden sofort wieder buchen

Wunderbare ruhige Lage, direkt am Deich zur Elbe mit netter Strandbar, perfekt um die großen Schiffe zu sehen. Sehr hochwertige Ausstattung. Liebevolles Frühstück und sehr nette Gastgeberinnen.

Gut erholt und um ein wunderbares Erlebnis reicher! Wir waren sehr beeindruckt von der Atmosphäre im Haus! Der Garten als Visitenkarte des Hotels war wunderbar, Reisebegleitung, Begrüssungskomitee, Frühstücksbegleitung, kleine Hausführung und nicht zuletzt die Sauberkeit überall als Zeichen für gutes Housekeeping waren großartig. Die Renovierung des Gebäudes, aber auch die Einrichtung der Zimmer bis hin zum Frühstücksgeschirr strahlen Norddeutsche Eleganz unter bewahrung der traditionellen Schönheit des historischen Gebäudes aus! Hut ab! Wir haben gerne Bezahlt, und es war jeden Euro wert, aber wir möchten uns auch nochmal bedanken, dass wir dasein durften! Liebe Grüße

Alles hat uns gefallen. Man muss Bedenken, dass es im Hotel keine Möglickeit zum Abendessen gibt. Aber das warmherzige Personal hilft einem weiter! Glückstadt ist nahe bei, der Bielenberger Strandfloh gleich gegenüber. Die vielen Anweisungen per Nachricht wirken zunächst unpersönlich, vor Ort empfängt einen aber warmherzige Professionalität!

Wie ich schon schrieb. Es wird hier betrogen.

Ich habe Ihnen bereits mehrmals geschrieben, dass wir gar nicht in das Hotel hineinkamen, weil es geschlossen war und niemand uns empfing. Anderseits wurde das Geld eingezogen. Das war glatter Betrug. Wir sind um 18.00 angekommen. Später fand ich ein Mail, das am gleichen Tag um 13.00 geschickt wurde, dass man den Schlüssel irgendwo mit einem Code finden könnte. Das war zu spät. Ich habe auf der Hinreise aus der Schweiz keinen Internetzugang. Das hätte man mir auch am Vortag melden können. Dennoch, um 18.00 UIhr war kein Mensch im Hotel oder auf dem Gelände zu finden. Das geht doch nicht. Wenn man in ein Hotel einzieht, dann müsste es doch Personal vor Ort haben. Antworten Sie mir und helfen Sie mir, dass ich das Geld zurück erhalte. Nehmen Sie das Hotel von Ihrem Portal. H.P. Wieland
