Casa bonita, limpa, dentro de um condomínio muito aconchegante, cozinha bem completa, tem piscina, churrasqueira privativa, muito próxima da praia, a praia é linda (porém necessita cuidado com as ondas, são bem violentas).
Apenas recomendo que, na área da escada interna da casa, seja colocada uma rede pois há risco de queda na sala para crianças pequenas/idosos.
