Palazzo Santa Maria - Historic Hotels of Europe

I spent ten nights at Palazzo Santa Maria and felt very well looked after. Mr Roussos is an experienced hotelier who understands what makes a stay truly comfortable. Careful choices and attention to the details that matter are evident throughout—from the beautifully considered interiors to the distinctive luxury toiletries. The hospitality was the highlight. When my ferry back from Paros was badly delayed, Mr Roussos collected me from the port late at night—a kindness I particularly appreciated after a cold, wet evening waiting to return. That combination of thoughtful surroundings and personal care made this a memorable stay. A lovely base for enjoying Ermoupoli and exploring the neighbouring islands. I hope to return soon.

There is honestly nothing I can mention here.

Historia, elegancja, dbałość o każdy szczegół sprawiają, że czujesz się w tym miejscu absolutnie wyjątkowo. Nasz pobyt dzięki właścicielowi hotelu i Pani Ani należał do naszych najlepszych doświadczeń wakacyjnych. No i jeszcze ta wyspa, która zachwyciła nas zaraz od wyjścia z promu.

NIc.

Fantastic hotel! The rooms have a history there Excellent taking care of people! A place to remember!

It is quite rare to meet such gentlemen as it is Mr. Roussos, owner of hotel. From welcome pickup until last second of stay he was available to support and make our stay pleasant and comfortable. Rooms with nice story about name of the room, high comfort, perfectly clean. Fantastic impressions from Syros are just emphasized with stay in this hotel.
