Overall the place was great along with many amenities i.e. playground, pool, basketball court and an outdoor kitchen area. The location was fine right off the main street near local supermarket and plaza.
What I am about to write aren't complaints, but notes to the owner as maintenance items. The only thing missing was a security gate on the front door and the bed in the master bedroom needs to be repaired/secured. I couldn't get the television in the master bedroom to sync with the internet but it was fine since the cable worked just fine. One last note, the location coordinates takes you to the college next door and not the property. Maybe adjust the location or leave a note on the page property is next door to the college.

Beautiful apartment, clean and well kept.
I didn't like that I couldn't stay longer. I was not told that this community had a swimming pool. I didn't not find out until my last day.
