Heated Pool 🤩
There is an elevator that makes it very easy to get to the top floor.
This direct oceanfront villa offers spectacular views of the ocean from the top floor. Ocean Dunes is situated between the Hilton Ocean Oak and the Marriot Ocean Grande. From the balcony you have a view of the Ocean Oak grounds and pool and the new Ocean Dunes pool, and of course that ocean front view! We do not have access to the Hilton’s Pool or Hot Tub however, we do have access to their grounds including yard games, ping pong, nightly music and beach bar.
There is an air conditioner/heater in the living room and the bedroom. Wall mounted flat screen TVs are in both living room and bedroom.
Cable and free WiFi are provided.
There is a full size kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Bed linens, bath towels, extra pillows and blankets are provided.
The kitchen is supplied with dishes, pots/pans, and a coffee maker. Ocean Dunes provides luggage carts for loading and unloading and there is a ramp and elevator.
A coin laundry room is located on each floor. Bike racks are located near the entrance.
The villa is smoke free including the balcony.
Renters are NOT allowed to have pets.
Owners ONLY are allowed to have pets.
Ocean Dunes is located between Coligny Circle and Sea Pines and is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and is along one of many walking/biking trails on the island.
Ocean Dunes is nestled between two high end resorts offering an outside cabana, grills, and games for our use as well! Beautiful 4th floor unit with a great ocean, pool and garden view! Only steps to the beach and one of the closest properties to the beach! Hang out on the balcony and enjoy the view or head down the path and find yourself on one of the best beaches in the US!
What is provided:
We provide 1 towel and wash cloth per guest listed in the reservation; if this is not enough please bring your own.
We provide 3 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels per reservation. Please bring extra if this is not enough.

The location of the property is in a great location. Close to everything! Staying in an ocean front condo was the way to go, short walk to the beach and what a view! The view from the balcony was awesome. The host Alicia made check in very easy and messaged me back in a timely manner and time we had questions. The pool isn’t the biggest but we were on the beach majority of the time so that really didn’t bother us. As far as the condo itself, it was nice. We think Minor updates to the property were needed. But all and all it was a nice property. Lastly we gave the cleanliness of the property a 6/10. It wasn’t terrible but definitely could have been cleaner!

The condo itself was nice for what we needed for a one-night stay for two people. It is quite small, but it was clean, comfortable, and the oceanfront view was beautiful.Unfortunately, our experience with the host was disappointing. Communication throughout the booking and stay felt very impersonal and unwelcoming. We were required to complete additional paperwork and provide a copy of our ID before our reservation was confirmed. After submitting everything, we didn't hear back for 3 days, so I had to contact Vrbo to make sure our reservation was actually confirmed. Only after reaching out to Vrbo did the host reply briefly.We also didn't receive the check-in code/instructions until one minute before the 4:00 pm check-in time.Be prepared to check out exactly on time, as checkout is strictly enforced. We completely understood that a late checkout wasn't possible, but the communication throughout our stay lacked the warmth and hospitality we've come to expect from hosts.The host's communication significantly affected our overall experience.
