Not as pleasant as expected but we stayed anyway due to the kindness and hospitality of the receptionist

The receptionist is an awesome lady. Very nice and hospitable. Shows great care for all the guests.

The cleaners are ill mannered. On several occasions they opened the room doors without knocking and no apologies, yet the rooms were also not cleaned throughout our stay.

Bad experience

The book kept in the lobby,

I checked our reservation on 05/09/2025 at 8:30 am. I indicated that we would not have breakfast on the 5th. They charged me for the breakfast that I did not have, when I reminded the property through e mail , they send me the invoice of the breakfast which I never took. There is no resolution. The hotel is near the high way there is sound and light pollutions.

Good for an overnight stay, especially if last minute. No check in staff late evenings. Clean, minimal rooms. Best accessed with a car, nothing in walking distance, but very close to the highway.

Intimate hotel, located in a quiet place, secure parking, online check-in (a big plus), approximatix 900 m to the Igny train station, the possibility of serving breakfast.

The extremely small bathroom, not necessarily a problem, the problem was the shower, the drain of which was probably defective because the water flowed into the room. Breakfast had extremely limited options and the same every day without any exception.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and given the room price, I am pretty satisfied with my stay.

The location could be problematic, especially for travelers who plan to visit the city. To visit the city, you have to take a Uber ride which could cost 30-40 Euros for every ride. On the other hand, if you are visiting the universities in Palaiseau, the location is good and it would be only a 10-minute car ride. Other than the location, I cannot think of any other issues with the hotel.

Everything was pretty good But the location was far away from main paris city so it was a hassle for us …transportation system was horrible… There is no others way except uber ,taxi or private car Otherwise it was a very good place
