Short stay worth while.

The location is conveniently close to Pisa Airport and not far from a nearby supermarket. We only stayed for one night, so we didn’t have the chance to fully utilize the facilities, but the accommodation was just right for our family’s needs. Tomaso was very informative and responsive in his messages, and the instructions provided in his booklet were clear and easy to follow.

I think blankets or bedsheets can have a little upgrade but it was not really big deal for us.

We loved the stay and Tommaso was very helpful guiding us on how to get there etc.

You definitely need a car to get there. However, the parking spot is sweet - literally at the front door of the building. Also, the bed is super comfy and the place is spotless.

Noisy neighbours but this is not the apartment's fault (also it was a Saturday night so it was expected).

Overall very happy

Everything was as expected, the apartment was comfortable, spacious and clean. All facilities that you could expect in the kitchen, however no toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) was a little disappointing. The parking and arrival was a little complicated but the owner was happy to do a WhatsApp video chat to help guide through the process. My advice is don't arrive late! The area is quite busy and the neighbours could be heard in the early evening but I'm happy to say I had an excellent night of sleep. Finally be aware there is a tourist tax here.

Nice apartment not far from the centre of Pisa.

Well-equipped apartment with modern inside. The heating is perfect and also the house is clean and safe. Free parking in front of the building.

The windows and inside doors are out of date. If there were better windows, you could hear the neighbours less.

A nice flat especially for tourists who want to discover Tuscany by car.

Not in the centre, but it is good for making excursions. The host, Tomasso showed everything very well. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bed is comfortable. A really pleasant apartement at a reasonable price, with own parking place at the door of the house.

The only problem was the hot weather, and the bit noisy climate.

The neighborhood is questionable. Had a tenement feel to the unit and surrounding buildings. The apartment was for four of us and the pullout bed that supposedly slept two was a twin. The air conditioner was a portable one and did not cool the separate bedroom. We stayed in Italy for 14 days in a different Booking.com place almost every night and this one was not good in comparison. We travel frequently and have accidentally booked a hostel in Iceland that was nicer. I hate to leave bad reviews, but thought it was necessary this time.

Avoid if you do not want to spoil your holidays

The host was so rude. He didn't allow us to check in before 19h30. He didn't show us a courtesy to call us to inform he has issue with check in at 16h as mentioned on booking.com. Even after 3 hours late check in by host, he was so adamant on check out at 10. Very unprofessional host, not enough towels and bathroom accessories provided. Total avoid.

La ubicación no es de las más lindas y está un poco lejos de la plaza del Uomo y de la estación de trenes y buses. Iguala nosotros nos gusta caminar y aprovechamos para hacerlo.

Locatia intr-un bloc de apartamente aproape de statiile de autobuz si market-uri. Gazda foarte primitoare ne-a lasat toate instructiunile de ceck-in foarte clare , motiv pentru care a fost foarte usor sa ajungem la apartament.

Seara apa calda nu mai era foarte fierbinte ca in timpul zilei. Probabil consumul era ridicat in aceasta perioada a zilei si aceasta ajungea la robinet mai putin calda.

V bytě jsou 2 postele a 1 méně pohodlný rozkládací gauč, pobyt je tak lepší pro 2 osoby.

Dobře vybavený byt, úplně dostačující. Majitel byl ochotný, poskytl nám informace o pobytu ve městě. Blízkost letiště.

Na rozkládacím gauči se nespalo nejlépe.

Super appartement proche du centre avec tout le confort.

Vous êtes proche du centre de Pise en voiture avec tout le confort dont vous avez besoin. Il y a tout l'équipement qu'il faut même un parapluie ou encore un sac pour aller faire ses courses ! Le parking est un vrai plus. Merci à Tommaso pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

- Ottima posizione, vicino l'ospedale Cisanello - vicino le fermate dei bus - proprietario di casa gentile, disponibile e da tutte le info sia per spostarsi nella zona, sia per l'appartamento - appartamento dotato di tutti i confort

La posizione è apprezzabile solo da chi è interessato all'ospedale perché è praticamente accanto. Non è in centro ma posso confermare che tramite i bus è collegata molto bene. Per il resto arredamento un po' datato, ma tutto funzionante e pulito!
