A modern and well maintained ‘granny flat’ on the lower floor of a home. Small but functional kitchen with good pots and pans etc. Bedrooms excellent with built in cupboards and storage. Comfortable sitting area. Buses very locally give access to Sydney but beware the hills! Owner lives upstairs and friendly and helpful.
Ventilation in bathroom could be better but not a real issue.
