Superb
The apartment was advertised with a washing machine. As there was none the host was so kind to do our washing for free. The host also kindly lend us their family's snowshoes/raquettes to go hiking.
The cleaning arrangements were unclear. Cleaning is not included in the overall price as quoted on booking.com. I suggest that this is specifically stated on booking.com as well as the additional cost. It appeared that quite extensive cleaning is required, including washing all the floors with soap and cloth. I got the impression that the host was not satisfied with our cleaning as we only washed the bathroom and kitchen floors with soap and cloth while vacuuming the rest. Improving the guests' understanding of the cleaning arrangement can only improve their overall expectation and experience of guests.
