The owner is responsive via the booking.com app and was helpful with restaurant and transportation suggestions. The room is modern and clean.
I may have misunderstood, but I thought the listing indicated it was an apartment. My room was one with a Mountain View which is a moderate-sized room with a tiny fridge tucked under a small desk surface with a hot pot and toaster on a tiny shelf to the side. If you want the ocean view then get the bigger room. If you drive a rental car then this place is not too hard to access and near the airport, but if you take public transportation as I do, then there were some complications to get here and then off to the airport in the morning…..however, the proprietor helped me figure things out.

Good proximity to the airport .
The hostess was very friendly and I felt safe there as a solo traveller.
I needed to make my own bedding up.
Everything was clean and tidy but it was late and I just wanted to go to bed. I had to arrange my own sheet and duvet.
