Perfect location in front of the beach

Location. Animals allowed.
Flat owner was rude on the phone - never met her, only met an old lady who was nice and provided the keys.
The flat was rented and paid for for six people and two dogs. However only four people and one dog came and the owner complained because there were four (as if there were too many people when the reservation was for six).
The check out is until 12pm and she said it was too late, that we had to leave because she had other guests, when 12pm is the time established on the website.
Always calling asking for identification of all occupants when in hotels only those who pay and make the reservation have to show identification. I called the cops to ask and disclose that we were being asked for our ID and that we didn't know if something sketchy was happening and they confirmed that that's something that renters have to do yet she hadn't explained why she wanted the ID and instead was very rude.
Despite the great location, it is not worth dealing with people who take so much money and are still rude to guests.
Didn't mind having to make our bed but we also washed our towels, which we shouldn't have done. We were way too nice given the treatment we got.
Terrible.
The woman is unpalatable.
