About this apartment rental
This spacious two bedroom loft condominium is centrally located by the clubhouse, three swimming pools, hot tub and sport courts. In this condominium, you will find one bedroom on the main level along with a full bath, the other bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs. Having a split bedroom floor plan allows for privacy in both bedrooms. The living room boasts soaring cathedral ceilings with a ceiling fan to keep you comfortably cool while using the central a/c. The compact kitchen is fully stocked with all of the pots, pans and utensils needed to make a gourmet meal or just burgers. Included in this condo is a spacious, enclosed patio with seating to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. There is a security camera outside the unit.
NOTE: The resort charges a $20 per person amenities fee(armbands) that is charged to the guest separately *(subject to change). You are also responsible for acquiring a parking pass, beginning January 2023 there will be a $25.00 charge for your vehicle. You are allowed to have up to 2 vehicles per condo.

The condo was good. Somethings were a little outdated. Our tv remote in the bedroom didn’t work.
It’s farther from the beach than what I had thought when I booked it.
The floors were dirty and sandy when we arrived, we had to sweep them. Didn’t like the fact you basically had to clean the place before you leave, even though you pay a cleaning fee. We literally done all the work lol, but other than that it was great. Our patio door wouldn’t lock. Also the couch bed is not worth using.

Me and my friends loved this stay, a little bit more of a walk than what we expected, but overall had a blast. The upstairs is spacious and was nice

There was a mixed up on the check in time and I had to call. Spoke with Mr. Wheeler and after the cleaning team finished then we were able to go in and we were pleased with the unit. The only thing that was a con was the walk to the beach but that is not the unit, resort nor Mr. Wheeler's fault. All in all there were more pros than cons and the unit was cute and comfortable. Loved it.

Its ok if your not spending a lot of time in the condo. Beds are comfortable. Definitely needs a deep cleaning and some updating. At this price point, I'd probably try my luck somewhere else next time...Also, communication was pretty much non existent during our stay, messages left unanswered...
