Great destination for families, wonderful view and friendly host.

The location is wonderful. The host was extremely friendly. There are so many things to do with babies, especially with the Sommer card, which is available for free with the stay. It was very refreshing stay for us.

Fantastic stay in Schladming, would reckon.

Location was set on the hill behind town, I walked into town every morning and got bus back to apartment, so easy with summer card. Apartment was nice and quiet with great views .

Beautiful apartment. New, clean, with comfortable beds and very smart room for skis. There is everything what you need dor nice stay. Beautiful view from the terrace (to green meadows and topsnof mountains in 1). The piste is next to the house so you can ski to the garden.. very very good place

Very cosy apartment, in great location, at normal price.

Very cosy apartment right on the slope. Apartment is spacious, just right size for 3 of us, although it would be enough for family of 4 as well. There are separate bedroom with king size bed + single bed, and sofa in the living room can be transformed into bed for 2 as well. Fully equipped kitchen, just without oven. As house itself is located at approx. 950m of altitude, it offers fabulous view on the surrounding mountains, Schladming town and Dachstein glacier. House has fully equipped ski room with booth heaters. Parking space is in front of the house with charging station for EVs. Road in front of the house is narrow, one way from the top of Rohrmoos downhill, but it is cleaned by heavy machinery in case of the snow. There are skipass office, 3 sport shops with ski rental, few restaurants and 1 small grocery store, about 300m uphill in the centre of Rohrmoos, . As the weather forecast was showing really heavy snow the night before, and on the morning of our departure, house owners offered us to park the car in their other apartment in Schladming just in case, so we took the taxi downhill on the morning of our departure, which is just 10€. House owners are really nice people and helped us with all the requests we had.

Spotless and comfortable

Extremely clean, private location, beautiful views, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen with all the essentials. Staff was friendly and helped with all our queries right away. Trampoline for the children was a big plus so that we could enjoy our coffee in peace.

No loundry facilities but if you are coming for a week it shouldn't be a problem. We are travelling through multiple destinations for weeks, therefore would appreciate a washing machine but for single destination holidays it's fine.
