Everything was pleasant and quiet.
There was no air conditioning however it was not really an issue because the weather was moderately cold in the evenings. My only issue was when the windows were open in the evenings the mosquitoes ate us up. There were no screens on any of the windows or the balcony door. We woke up the first night and my newborn’s face was covered in bites. We covered his bed every night after that and he was fine

The apartment is very clean, in a nice building, and in a great area of town. It was roomy enough for our family of four and the second bathroom was nice to have. The kitchen has a sandwich maker and blender-which was a treat. It was also nice to be able to do wash.
It would be good to have a second set of keys, as you need keys to get in and out of the apartment, building and compound. It is also important to note that there is an additional charge for the fourth person and a damage deposit.
