The house is fully furnished with solid mahogany floors and furniture throughout. A well-appointed island style kitchen with granite counter tops will be the focal point as your private chef will prepare 3 gourmet meals a day for you and your guest(s). With over 1500 square feet of decking, this tropical oasis has its very own 30-foot deep protected blue lagoon illuminated with blue LED lighting for your night swim! The main family room area has (2) 12-foot wide door openings welcoming warm tropical breezes and 360-degree million-dollar views of the Caribbean and Mayan Mountain range. This private island has world class snorkeling and kayaking right out your back door and the 2nd largest barrier reef in the world just a short boat ride away. Belly up to our very own Sunset beach tiki bar, enjoy a refreshing cocktail and beautiful sunset. Along with island staff guests will have the entire island to themselves, and the rental fee includes, meals and beverages, local alcohol along with island staff and a host of fun activities and adventures to choose from. Un-Belizable! We had a great stay for 5 nights! As we traveled out, my son's flight was delayed and as soon as I advised Jason, he sprang into action and worked his magic. He coordinated with Emilio at the Belize airport to adjust our short flight from Belize to Dangriga as needed. Emilio rushed us through as soon as my son's flight arrived and we somehow made the original flight! Manny picked us up in Dangriga and drove us to the marina and then to Little Peter Island on the boat. The island was paradise! Henry prepared amazing meals and Alvin was always there to take care of anything we needed. Appreciated Alvin setting up the water sports, including a floating ice chest full of frosty beverages everyday! Manny was a great boat captain and enjoyed the trips we took with him and the fresh lobster he and Henry caught for dinner. Great snorkeling around the island. The pelicans and ospreys were enjoyable to watch. Saw one manta ray in addition to the nurse sharks and barracuda. An overall great time and many thanks to Manny, Henry, Alvin, Emilio, and Jason.

We stayed here for 7 days in January and loved every moment of it. From the moment we landed on the island by helicopter to the moment we left by boat, the experience was seamless and exceptional.Henry did an outstanding job planning everything, managing schedules, and cooking meals for two adults and three kids - which is no small task. The food was excellent and thoughtfully prepared throughout our stay.We came specifically for our annual board of advisors working sessions, and the island turned out to be the perfect environment to focus. Minimal distractions, complete privacy, and the kind of calm that makes deep work possible. On days when the weather brought strong winds and rain, it actually helped us stay even more focused and productive.Despite that, the snorkeling was fantastic - right from the shore. Crystal-clear water, abundant marine life, and unforgettable moments watching nurse sharks and stingrays pass by the deck. The team also brought out floaties for the kids, which they absolutely loved.The property sits directly on the water, and the views alone are worth the stay. You can easily spend hours just sitting on the deck watching fish swim by.This place is ideal if you’re looking for a rare combination of natural beauty, privacy, comfort, and the ability to truly disconnect and focus. We would absolutely come back

Incredible property and staff, remote location but worth the trip to disconnect for a week. We opted for the heli arrival and departure, this is a massive time savings and worth the cost to see the beautiful reef. The house and grounds were very well maintained and the staff was amazing. Many the jefe, Henry the chef and Alvin and Fredrick took such good care of us all week. We were esp impressed with the food offerings given the remote location. A few things that are good to know, during the day the house is open air, at night the generator provides power to ac units, very cool and comfortable sleeping. WiFi is available but does have gb limits daily, don’t expect to stream massive data. The staff is there to assist with anything, we even joined them on an outing where we caught crab and fish that fed us for 2 dinners! Highly recommend this island for a true retreat away from the hustle and bustle.

The island is beautiful!
And the owners made making the reservations and travel to the island incredibly easy.
We did have disappointments:
We were asked to complete "preference sheets" for the food. We were excited to have a menu that appeared to be somewhat customized to the preference sheets we completed. However, as soon as we arrived on the island we were presented with a standard menu for the island. The menu was incredibly limited and felt like a sports bar menu. This should definitely be communicated and posted on the site to allow guests to decide if this menu is acceptable for the entire stay as you are on an island and do not have other options for dining.
As for snacks we were provided with 3 cans of Pringles, 2 bags of Lays and nuts
The site lists paddle boarding, snorkeling, kayaking and fishing as activities that can be done on the island. Our expectation was that we could do these activities together. However, the island has one paddle board. And that paddle board is in terrible shape with exposed fiberglass covering the board.
Communication on the site details that you can fish on the island, however, there will be a charge if you are taken fishing by a third party. We went fishing for not even an hour with the island staff and they were going to charge us a fee. However, they did not tell us this prior to going fishing. It was listed on our expenses as we were leaving.
