We have been in Nin several times and this apartment was the best we have been in. It has a beautiful view and the sea just below the terrace. It is close to Queens beach, the historic center and the grocery store. The equipment of the apartment is above standard. The sofa bed is large. Mr. owner was helpful and very nice.

We loved the floorplan with 2 separate bedrooms for each family. We stayed with friends and grandparents - 6 adults with 3 kids didn't feel cramped at all. We had a spare playroom, large kitchen and most of all large fridge for enough food, alongside a wine cooler. The location was perfect between town and beach. The price is absolutely fair. The hosts were very nice and helpful the entirety of our stay.
The place can use some renovations (especially the wooden floors) and they have been renovating it bit by bit, like new beds and bathrooms in some rooms, so this was no deal breaker for us.
