Dat de informatie vooraf gegeven en beloftes gedaan qua afmetingen en beschikbare leefruimtes overeenkwamen met de realiteit en nu eens verwachtingen overtroffen - nog niet eerder ervaren. Voorts de mate van privacy, zowel in relatie tot overige bewoners van het pand als ook binnen het gezin, bestaande uit allemaal volwassenen met behoefte aan een eigen ruimte.

Nabijgelegen ski-gebieden verderop, waar de Wildpas ook geldig op was, waren niet makkelijk te bereiken met openbaar vervoer: zowel qua reisgemak (over te stappen, slechte aansluiting bussen op elkaar) als de reistijden (slechts eenmaal per uur) als ook de welwillendheid te stoppen bij de officiele bushalte dicht bij Zudrellhaus.

Die Nähe zur Sesselbahn, und es gab einen Schuhtrockner

Die Kochmöglichkeiten waren begrenzt durch den 2 Platten Herd und den kleinen Heißluftbackofen. Es waren nur ein Teil der Wohnungen belegt, aber fast kein Platz für die Ski und Snowboard abzustellen
