Superb accommodation with great hosts and wonderful location.

The accommodation is well equipped, very clean and superbly well maintained. The location is perfect for getting around the Island and the bikes provided add to the options for getting around. The hosts were extremely helpful and pleasant. The patio area and seating was great for a drink when we got back after a day out. We were mostly walking each day and the house provided everything we needed in a lovely quiet location, but close enough to amenities and the hosts to not feel isolated.

There was nothing we didn’t like. We had a perfect two week break.

Belle-Ile en fin d'hiver est pleine de poésie

Emplacement proche de la côte sauvage, calme car la maison mitoyenne était inoccupée, gîte, jardin et terrasse bien entretenus, logement propre et en bon état, biscuits d'accueil sur la table basse, disponibilité des propriétaires

Surcoûts de plus de 10% appliqués par les propriétaires (taxe de séjour non annoncée, paiement de la consommation d'électricité non annoncée...), gîte assez sombre et mal éclairé ce qui rend le séjour hivernal peu adapté, bruyant du fait du carrelage partout, assez inadapté pour les enfants (escalier sans barrière, velos mais avec interdiction d'y mettre un siege bébé), absence d'éléments basiques (produit vaisselle, sel, poivre, torchons et serviettes), comportement des propriétaires plutôt du niveau d'un bailleur scrupuleux plutôt que de celui de véritables hôtes 3* : surcoûts, contrat pointilleux, caution, état des lieux, "vous n'avez rien cassé ?" en fin de séjour, 2 visites en cours de semaine...
