Localisation et prix. Propriétaire très aimable et disponible !

Malheureusement, la douche n’était pas propre et avait des traces de moisissure. L’ancien locataire y avait laissé une bouteille de gel douche, shampooing, je ne sais pas trop.. Et à mon arrivée, elle était toujours là.. Il n’y avait pas de housse de couette, ce qui peut laisser à désirer niveau hygiène. Mais la couette semblait propre :) Je pense que la literie est à changer, matelas très mou, sommier enfoncé.

Le personnel qui a manqué d’honnêteté en ne nous informant pas qu’il y avait eu plusieurs tentatives d’effraction avec intervention de la police quelques jours avant notre arrivée, l’aménagement(garage aménagé assez sombre…)

le ménage devrait être minutieux pour les sanitaires, comme l'an dernier j'ai dû nettoyer wc, douche et, vaisselle.... cela fait un an que le tabouret n'est toujours pas réparé, c'est désagréable de manger sur un tabouret où l'assisse bouge et que l'on a peur de tomber. et cette année il manquait les serviettes de toilettes... ne pas oublier de faire nettoyer la clim réversible , avec toute la poussière dedans elle ne ventile plus. nous n'avons pas apprécié d'être dérangé par des individus en frappant très fort à la porte( amis de la propriétaire)

La situation proche des transports

Aucun contact avec l'hôte même si ce n'est pas primordial c'est toujours un petit plus. Le lieu n'était pas vraiment sale en soi mais ne semblait pas d'une propreté exemplaire. Les finitions dans tout le logement sont bâclées ce qui rend le séjour désagréable. Et comme dit précédemment dans les commentaires, un rideau manque pour avoir de l'obscurité pour dormir. Nous n'avions pas certainement pas envie de rester plus qu'une nuit. Passer votre chemin si celui-ci reste en l'état.
