El personal de limpieza estaba muy atento a diario y fue muy amable
El ascensor no funcionaba, por lo que no está adaptado para personas con movilidad reducida. El sistema de ventilacion y extraccion no era el más adecuado, por lo que para cocinar no es lo más apropiado. Faltaban más utiles de cocina y vajilla y los equipos estaban en condiciones regulares. La única ventana da a las escaleras por lo que se escucha bastante el ruido cuando otras personas entran y salen, y no tiene aire acondicionado ni ventiladores, por lo que es necesario tener las ventanas abiertas.
