Mas Val-Chênaie Gordes

The host and hostess made us feel really welcome and created a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. The pool was great, the breakfast most enjoyable, excellent bed with lovely bedlinen and pillows. The garden 10+. Great location for touring around villages.

The property is extremely well maintained, with a nice swimming pool, a beautiful garden and house. Our room was spacious, clean, beautiful. It has a magnificent view on Gordes from the stairs. Sophie and Laurent are very kind and friendly, they will recommend you the best spot in the area (restaurants, things to visit etc…) We loved staying at this property and enjoy an incredible home made breakfast every morning ! It is a 10/10

Beautiful surroundings,hosts were lovely and so informative and helpful Sophie the owner sat with us on arrival and explained all the beautiful places of interest in the area and provided parking and route advice and supplied us with maps, We saw some lovely places on her advice Brilliant location for sananqie abbey visit (do it) and the beautiful lavendar fields Breakfast home made and fresh everyday Fruit was picked from local farms and family fruit orchards Pastries scrumptious and was also a choice of scrambled eggs (10/10 for the scramble) Rooms cleaned daily ,oh and did I mention the swimming pool free to use at anytime on property Tables in trees and smoking are provided for us naughties. The service is simply impeccable. The room is extremely comfortable, clean and truly very pleasant. The breakfast is absolutely unforgettable — wonderful and incredibly delicious. The hotel is very close to the town of Gordes and also conveniently located near several amazing villages. This was truly our best accommodation experience in the Provence region. I highly recommend it.
