We loved basically everything. Roberta and Stefano were fantastic hosts. Wonderful people . The apartment was larger than I envisaged from the photos. Very large and comfortable beds and very clean and decent bathroom. Excellent modern air cleaning system set up in the building, better than regular air conditioning. Absolutely beautiful view from the garden and pool of the surrounding fields and hills (sunflowers, vineyards).. The pool was cleaned every day and the garden was lovely. The property is hidden away from any of the main roads so no noise at all - total privacy. Lovely patio with barbecue facilities and shaded. We had the first week for ourselves as the second apartment and other room were not rented out which was great. The second week, a friendly family with two small children rented the rooms out which was totally fine as we got on very well with them and we didn't feel uncomfortable at all. If it was a larger family or two couples, it may have been a little tight and an extra large sun shade/umbrella would have been needed. Great location for walks, bike rides and taking a drive to the surrounding villages. Also only 15-30 min. to the seaside. We were extremely pleased and had a wonderful time and were sorry to leave. Friendly locals - Montottone is a very nice village/town. Nice friendly family restaurant La Brocca in the town and delicious pizza at the Pizzeria. We had a wonderful time. Definitely recommend La Vigna. It exceeded our expectations.

this family are so welcoming and friendly. We didn’t have any problems but any questions we asked about the house or the area, Roberta was more than happy to help!
